Hello everyone, Jordan here with this weeks fitness tip. This week is "DRINK WATER".
WHY- Summer is creeping up on us, so that means the weather is warming up. This means dehydration can overcome you even quicker. Staying properly hydrated is one of the most important things a motocross rider can do.
Facts about hydration:
-Water carries nutrients and oxygen to all cells in the body
-Water helps convert food into energy
-There is a 10% decrease in your mental performance when you feel thirsty
-You need to drink 8-10 glasses of water per day
