This weeks fitness tip-3D hamstring stretch

Hello everyone, Jordan here with this weeks fitness tip. This week is a stretch called the "3D hamstring stretch".

WHY- Hamstring flexibility and stretching has a large effect on low back pain and ability to attain every position on the dirt bike safely and comfortably, making you a better rider.

HOW- Elevate leg by placing it on something about waist level like a table. Keep toes pointed up,reach for your toes by bending at the hips while keeping your lumbar spine in upright position, hold for 30 seconds and don't bounce. Repeat with toes pointed right and then again pointed left. Complete the whole stretch for each leg three times.
